Born in Toronto, Canada, a son of Eileen E. (Dawson) Harrison of Wakefield and the late Frederick Harrison.
Gary was a millwright for Brown and Sharpe Co. for many years and was employed by Ocean State Job Lot. He was a member of the NRA; enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing and gardening.
Besides his mother he is survived by his children, Wendy Frazier of Bristol, VT, Dawn Goodro and her husband Brian of Lincoln, VT and the late Scott G. Harrison; four grandchildren, Ian and Mason Frazier, Mikaela Cote and Megan Hughes; two step-grandchildren, Andrew and Lindsay Goodro and a sister, Leah Harrison of AZ. He was the brother of the late Dawn Donovan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service with military honors on Monday, January 14, 2019, at 10 am in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale.
