Mrs. Donna L. Welch, age 72, of Dalton passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019, at the Hamilton Medical Center. She was a member of Total Praise Baptist Church and the Antique Car Club. She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Alma (Dee Dee) Lunsford.
Survivors include her loving husband of 53 years Leroy Welch of Dalton, Sons and Daughter-in-laws: Tony Welch of Dalton, Tim and Stacy Welch of Dalton; Grandchildren and spouses: Tyson and Haley of Dalton, Cassie and Brandon Townsend of Dalton, Savanna and Cody Withrow of Sumter, S.C., Carre Welch of Dalton, Hannah Chandler, MacKenzie Chandler and Cameron Chandler of Dalton; Great Grandchildren: Carter Langford, Cambree Ridley, Cashton Withrow, Kade Chandler, Reece Chandler; Sisters: Linda Wright and Delilah Middlebrooks both of Chatsworth. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Donna L. Welch will be Saturday, January 12, 2019, at 2 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Stocks and Rev. Donnie Caylor officiating. Interment will follow at United Memorial Gardens.
