George G. Wynn, 88, of Williamstown, passed away Wednesday, January 9th at Spring Creek Nursing Home, Harrisburg.

Born in Reinerton, July 10, 1930, a son of the late Samuel and Dorothy Batdorf Wynn.

George was a 1949 graduate of the former Wiconisco High School.

He was United States Marine Veteran of the Korean War.

George was a retired clerk from Reiff & Nestor, Lykens.

He was a member of the Faith E.C. Church, Wiconisco, where he was a former layman and treasurer.

George was accomplished musician, who enjoyed playing the piano and singing. He was a former member of Men In Harmony chorus.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Stella Miller Wynn, 2018; a sister, Dorothy Klinger and 1/2 brother Robert Deiter.

Surviving are his son, Timothy A. Wynn and his wife Angela, Camp Hill; one brother, Samuel Wynn, Wiconisco; four sisters, Vivian Keesey, Maryland; Verna Moppin, Berrysburg; Laura May Long and Bonita Johnson both of Nevada. Nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 15th at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc., Tower City with Pastor Rick Kuhn. Burial with military honors will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30-11 at the chapel. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Faith E.C. Church, P.O. Box 475, Wiconisco, PA 17097.
