He was born April 5, 1951 in Litchfield, Illinois to Charles Ross Dunn and Alba Failoni Dunn.
Tony was a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where he received his bachelor's degree in history. Tony was a member of the Phi Sigma Epsilon Fraternity and an avid Oklahoma Sooners Fan. He was a veteran of the US Army Reserves during Vietnam.
He is survived by his brother, Jack (Connie) Dunn of Gillespie, Illinois; sister, Cathy (Pete) Shinagawa of Eagarville, Illinois; nieces, Kelly Dunn and Kim Dunn; nephew, Daniel Shinagawa, and great niece, Mia Dunn.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Brett Dunn.
