Mrs. Melinda A. Bright-Wilson, age 50 of Mayfield, Ky formerly of Arlington, Ky passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 6:48 PM at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
She was a member of the Trace Creek Baptist Church, and a Homemaker.
She is survived by her Mother & Stepfather- Bonnie Lou (Lonzo) Griffith, Jr. of Mayfield, Ky; son- Brandon (Ashley) Wilson of Kevil, Ky; daughter- Kayla (Shooter) Wilson of Arlington, Ky; two grandchildren- Kaidence Jo Wilson and Anna Lea Grace Green; sister- Shelia Brown of Mayfield, Ky; sister- Teresa Gorham of Mayfield, Ky; sister- Phyllis Hooper of Arlington, Ky; brother- Phillip Joe Bright, Jr. of Arlington, Ky; sister- Joyce Lee Bright of Arlington, Ky; several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her two fathers- Phillip Joe Bright, Sr. and Gary Azbell.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky with Rev. Ronnie Stinson, Sr. and Rev. Ronnie Stinson, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Trace Creek Cemetery
