Kenneth “Ken” Kvande, 62, of Williston, passed away at his home in Williston on Monday, January 7, 2019.

Kenneth Gunnar Kvande was born in Williston, North Dakota on September 26, 1956 to Erling and Audrey (Hagen) Kvande. He was raised on the family farm south of Alamo and was baptized and confirmed at the Hauge Lutheran Church South of Alamo. Ken attended Ellisville School for six years before going to school in Alamo where he graduated in 1975.

Kenneth worked for various oilfield companies and Seaton farms. He then went to welding school in Wahpeton before going to work for WISCO.

Surviving Kenneth are his brother, Randy and his wife Judy of Alamo, ND; sister, Darlene Kvande of Longmont, CO; four nieces, one nephew and eight grand-nieces and nephews.

Preceding Kenneth in death were his parents, Erling and Audrey Kvande; infant brother, Grant and one nephew, Travis.
