Jeff was born on September 24, 1974 in Elk Grove, IL to Lowell Foster and Sharon Cruise.

On June 21, 1997 in Bristol he married, Lisa Patterson. She survives along with his father, Lowell (Berta) Foster of Fort Wayne; mother, Sharon Peterson of Elkhart; daughter, Rebecca Lynn Shoulders of Vandalia, MI; sister, Colleen (Dan) Bice of Mishawaka; brother, Josh (Lisa) Foster of Elkhart and many other family members.

Jeff was a transportation driver for the Rail Road. Jeff was a very kind and gentle man. He was always willing to drop everything to help others.

Jeff was always smiling. He was greatly loved and respected by all that knew him.

Funeral Service will be on Saturday, January 12 at 2 p.m., with visitation two hours prior in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to National Kidney Foundation of Indiana, 911 E. 86th St. Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
