Pauline “Dee” Deloris Lewis, loving wife, mother, and sister went to be with our Lord this New Year's Day at 4:30 am. She went peacefully in her home with her family there.

Visitation will be Thursday afternoon, January 3, 2019 from 3 o’clock until 5 o’clock at Parks Funeral Home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Pauline’s name to Amedisys Hospice, 2675 Lake Park Drive, North Charleston, SC 29406 or First Baptist Church of Jedburg, 121 Brewer Road, Summerville, SC 29483.

Dee was born in Savannah, GA to the late William Elliott Smith and Era Mae Tatum Smith. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Rayner Lee Lewis, Jr.; her brother, Benjamin Lynn Smith; two sons, Bobby Lee Lewis and Robert Dale Lewis; and two granddaughters, Samantha Isis Lee and Mya Delray Johnson.

She is survived by three daughters, Linda Lee White, Tammi Darlene Mullen of Pauline, SC and Kathy Diane Weimer of Summerville, SC; and one daughter-in-law Linda Lewis of Ladson, SC; two brothers, “Skipper” W.R. Smith and Johnnie N. Smith of Vidalia, GA; seven grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jedburg, a Red Hat Society Sister, and worked with her husband in the “Lewis’s Mobile Home Repair Service.”

She will be missed by all that knew her!
