Dana Marie Young, 47, of Orange Grove, Texas, passed away November 2, 2018. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on September 1, 1971.
Dana graduated from Mathis High School. She was married to Timmy Ray Young on February 16, 1991.
Dana worked in managing a family owned business/sales. She was a member of N/A True Friends Heart Club and had a passion for family and friends, gambling, card games and tennis.
She is survived by her children: Ashley Young and Kenneth Young of Orange Grove, and Thomas Major of Axson, Georgia; her grandchildren, Addalyn Breanne Major of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Emmalyn Grace Major of Axson, Georgia, and Evelyn Abigail Young of Corpus Christi, Texas.She also leaves behind to cherish her memories her brother and sister, Ronald Moore of Cleveland, TN, Donna Stark of Corpus Christi, and Mickey Takatch of Corpus Christi.
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
