Faye Wilson, 95, of Rockport, Texas passed away December 11, 2018. She was born in Roscoe, Texas on June 25, 1923. Faye attended Tivy High School in Kerrville, Texas. She was married to Marvin Lee Wilson on March 8, 1941 in Kerrville, Texas. Faye worked as a clerk for the Nueces County Tax Assessor-Collector for 17 years. She was a member of the Omohundro Church of Christ in Rockport, Texas.
Faye was preceded in death by her father, Elmer L. Cantwell; mother, Eunice Noble Cantwell; brother, Elmer L. Cantwell Jr.; husband, Marvin L. Wilson and son, Kirby Lee Wilson Sr. Survivors include her daughter, Loraine (Douglas) Fitzgerald of Rockport, Texas; grandson, Stephen (Suzanne) Johnston of Richmond, Texas; granddaughter, Jenifer (Scott) Symes of Celina, Texas; granddaughter, Jennifer (Chad) McCoy of Logansport, Indiana; Laura (Paul) Dixon of Helotes, Texas and grandson, Kirby Lee (Tawny) Wilson Jr. of Melissa, Texas, 17 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Monday, December 17, 2018 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd. Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. Funeral services at 10:00 am, Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in the Chapel at Memory Gardens. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
