Helen Jean Robbins, 92, died on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fresno, CA. She was born July 3, 1926 to Charles and Edith Maxson and raised in Farina, Illinois. She was married to Willard Henry Robbins, who preceded her in death on March 12, 1977. Jean, as her family and friends knew her, delighted in her grandchildren and often revealed an irrepressible sense of playfulness and fun. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who was an excellent homemaker, and she enjoyed entertaining and playing cards with family and friends. She also loved traveling and spent much of her spare time as a volunteer for St. Agnes Hospital and the American Cancer Society. She is survived by her two sons, Charles and James; one grandson, Holden; her four granddaughters, Katie, Jessica, Rachel, and Maggie; and three great grandchildren, Nathan, Lincoln, and Braelynn. A Graveside Service will be held at Clovis Cemetery on Saturday, January 5, at 10:00 a.m.
