born to Hazel Lenore (Asleson) Falk and Albert Thomas Falk in South St. Paul, MN on September 3, 1937 in her Grandmother’s home. Donna was baptized in St. Augustine Church and attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church where she made her first communion and confirmation. Donna attended South St. Paul Public schools where she graduated in 1955. After graduation she attended Globe School of business and the U of M. She married James Otto on June 28, 1958 at St. Mary’s Church in New Trier, MN where she raised five children.

Donna worked many years as an executive secretary at United Hospital until retirement. She served on the Hampton Township board for over 10 years and was the first woman to serve as supervisor. She has served the local community in many ways, including board member of the Dakota Township Officers Association, member of the Planning Commission, member of the Dakota County Historical Society, advisory board member at the Dakota County Technical College Secretarial Training, member of the St. Pius Church Circle, Red Hat Society, and advisory board member of the Cannon Fall Hospital.

Honorary pallbearers will be Donna’s 12 grandchildren.
