Mrs. Winnie Pickup Dies at Age 47

Mrs. Winnie Mae Pickup, 47, a resident here for the past three years, died at 10:10 a.m. today, at her home, 2201 Johnson street. She was the widow of George Pickup.

Mrs. Pickup was born Aug. 18, 1893, in Champaign County, a daughter of Spencer Stuckey, who survives her, and the late Mrs. Stuckey. Her father resided with her at the Johnson street address.

Also surviving are three brothers, Irvin, Wayne and Carl Stuckey, all of Chicago Heights, and her grandmother, Mrs. Mary Stuckey of Alton.

The body is at the Streeper funeral home pending funeral arrangements.
