She also worked for the Prince George County Board of Elections at the Blackwater Precinct, The Food Bank, Bond Booster and Red Cross. She was the worthy recorder for Naomi Household of Ruth #5923 of the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows and Household of Ruth and NAACP member. She was a member of Loving Union Baptist Church, Disputanta, VA.
