Pauline was a waitress at the Oak Room Restaurant in the Fulmer's Supermarket where she retired after 20 years. Pauline never met a stranger and lived life to the fullest. She loved attending auctions, garage sales and finding treasures in a thrift store. Her greatest love and treasure was meeting and marrying Dean.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Charles Dean Lutz; son, Richard (Lisa Williams) Lutz; daughter, Donna McCoy. She was a very proud grandmother and great-grandmother to many grandchildren as well as a special aunt to all of her nieces and nephews. She was blessed to have four sisters-in-law; Nancy Gray, Ruth (Marvin) Flory, Joyce Heath and Olive Omslaer.
We also want to acknowledge her special friends; Lisa Bellew, Debbie (Gary) Stoll, Wanda (Ray) Childers and Nickole (Tony) Williams, Phyllis (Charles) Heath, Dora (Billy) Berberette, Marylou and Sandy from New York. We would also like to extend a very heartfelt thank you to the neighbors that so graciously watched out for both of them.
Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steve Brakefield; sisters, Hazel Myers, Barbara Hill, Betty Sonnycalb, and Norma Jean Soward; twin brother, Paul Snider; and three brothers-in-law, Jim Omslaer, Bill Heath and Gary Gray.
