AYDEN - Jon Nichols, 38, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019.
Graveside service will take place Wednesday at 2 PM at the Pinewood Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home.
Jon lived to cherish his family. He loved his Dad, Frank Ray Kilpatrick and his stepmom, Stacy Jones, of Atlantic Beach, NC. He was adored by his mom Gin Kilpatrick Nelson and stepfather, Randell Nelson, of Greenville. He absolutely adored his little brother, who always called him "Bubba", Ray Kilpatrick and his fiance; Tedi Owens, of Greenville.
He was a devoted father of 3 beautiful children, Jonathon I. Nichols, Isabella Blake Nichols (4 years old), Sophia Journey Nichols (5 months old).
Jon was a loving friend to everyone he knew. He was an avid Atlanta Falcons fan and collector. His biggest hobby was collecting Nike shoes, known as "Jordans". He loved his home and his family.
His granddaddy Vick Nichols was his heart along with his Grandmother, Vivian Nichols,of Greenville. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
