Hazel was employed at Blue Bell as an inspector for many years. She enjoyed traveling around the country in her R.V. and playing guitar and upright bass with her husband. She was proud of her music and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved spending time visiting with family and friends whenever possible and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
On December 16, 1966, she married William Lewis Randall, who survives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Shifflett.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Brandon Shay Randall and wife, Shannon and Troy "Jamie" Randall and wife, JoAnna; ten grandchildren; sisters, Janice Offenbacker, Pat Parrott, Debbie Meadows and Connie Breeden; brothers, Don Shifflett, Alton Shifflett Bobby Shifflett and Kevin Shifflett and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton and at the family residence at any time.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton with Pastor Robert Wenger officiating.
Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
