Brandon Tyler Roberts, 20, of Piedmont passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018. Brandon was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County and was employed at HON in Cedartown, Ga. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time in the outdoors and being with the love of his life, his fiancée Heather Roberts.
Brandon was preceded in death by his sister Brittany Waddell, grandfather Loy Roberts, great-grandparents Frank and Zelma Adkison and Wayne Ledbetter, uncle Billy Roberts, and aunt Terressia Roberts.
Survivors include his mother Tasha Roberts; father Nathon Roberts; sister Trista Wood; brothers Matthew Gouger and Joshua Daniel; grandparents Mike and Sandra Ledbetter, and Betty Lou Roberts; great-grandmother Jimmie Sue Ledbetter; uncles Jonathan Wood (Amanda), Matthew Ledbetter, and Danny Roberts; aunts Betty Joe Herbert and Sherry Ahee; cousins Kaley and Evan Wood, Nathan Roberts, and Eric Roberts; several other cousins; step-sisters Jessica Leigh and Celeste Seaman; and chosen niece Hazelynn Conquist.
Services will be Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at Thompson Funeral Home with Mr. David Smith, Mr. Jonathan Wood, and the Rev. David Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Lebanon Campground Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until time of service. Pallbearers will be David Smith, Anthony Young, Steve Young, Matthew Ledbetter, Jonathan Wood, David Danford, Eric Roberts, and Ryan Johnson.
