Glenna graduated class of 1957 from Solanco High School. After graduating she worked for the former Hubley Manufacturing Company. Following Hubley she was a homemaker for several years before going back to work as a waitress at several local establishments.
Glenna enjoyed gardening, bird watching, dogs, playing games, and going to the Bay, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by a son, David K. Rineer, Jr., of Willow Street, PA; a daughter, Carol L., wife of Chuck Groff of Quarryville, PA; and a son, Mark W. Rineer and wife Ruth of Bird-in-Hand, PA; along with 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Glenna was preceded in death by brothers, Robert and Haines Riley, and sisters, Jean Kauffman and Hazel Bailey.
Funeral Services will be on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 11:00 am from Dewald Funeral & Cremation Services, 227 W. 4th St., Quarryville, PA. There will be a public viewing at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 9:30 until 11:00. Traditional interment will be private in the Quarryville Cemetery.
