Wayne R. Warren, 67, passed away on January 1, 2019 at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. He was a loving husband, wonderful son and brother and a caring father to his two cocker spaniels. He was born on September 14, 1951 in Indianapolis, IN to Vernon and Helen Warren. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and his father.

He is survived by his wife Becky of 45 years, his mother Helen Warren and sister Sharon Smith of Plainfield, IN, his brother Vernon Warren of Herndon, KY and his two Cocker Spaniels Holly and Nicholas.

He graduated from Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, IN in 1969. He was a member of the Honor Society. He graduated from Ball State University in 1974 with a degree in Landscape Architecture.

He was employed by the State of Ohio, Department of Natural Resources, from 1974 until 2001 when he retired and moved to Bluffton, SC.

There will be a private memorial service followed by a Celebration of his Life at a later date. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
