Richard M. “Bo” Allen, 89 of Clinton, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Clinton-Hickman Co. ICF. He was a member of Clinton First Baptist Church and owner of the former Porter Insurance Company in Clinton. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Barbara McMurry Allen of Clinton, 2 daughters, Debbie (Bill) Chumbler of Leesburg, FL and Cheryl (Steven) Swain of Murray, 5 grandchildren, Amy Chumbley of Germany, Lori Dye of Lynnhaven, FL, Chris Fry of Harrisburg, IL, Chad Fry of Paducah and Brooke Clymer of Mayfield, 5 great-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Moorman and Vyda Mahan Allen and 1 brother. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the Oakwood Cemetery with Rev.
