KOKOMO, IN - Jimmie Lee Hudson, 66, of Kokomo, IN, passed away January 2, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital, Kokomo, IN.

Jimmie was born May 9, 1952 in Huges, Arkansas to James Flowers and Arbelia Hudson. Coming from Arkansas he moved to Chicago, IL in 1967. In 1975 he met Sandra Joseph whom he married in 1987. He retired from General Cooperage as a machine operator working from 1973 to 1994. His passions were fishing, traveling, music, playing cards, talking crazy to people (joking), and nosing around in other people's business.

Jimmie was preceded in death by his father, James Flowers; mother, Arbelia VanPelt; stepfather, Larry VanPelt; daughter, Tomisha Joseph; brothers, Johnny Miller, Arguster Hawkins, and Michael VanPelt; brothers-in-law, Willie Hampton, John Dukes, Alvin Blade, and Ranando Woods I.

Jimmie is survived by his wife, Sandra Hudson; life companion, Christina Carls; six sisters, Myrtle Hampton all of of Kokomo, IN, Mary Dukes and Arbelia (Robert) Washington both of Paducah, KY, Willie Mae Blade and Estella L. Woods both of South Bend, IN, and Leona Jones of Franklin, IN; one brother, Johnny (Robin) Jones of South Bend, IN, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Services for Mr. Jimmie Lee Hudson will be held at Alford's Mortuary on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 12:00 p.m., with visitation from 11:00 a.m. to Noon at Alford's Mortuary.

Arrangements have been entrusted with ALFORD'S MORTUARY.
