BOLIVAR - Richard C. Fulton, 83, of 98 Plum St., passed away unexpectedly Monday (Dec. 31, 2018) at home.
Born Dec. 5, 1935, in Bradford, Pa., he was the son of Clarence O. and Mildred Schultz Fulton. He married Edwina "Tillie" Cowles on July 24, 1955, in Bolivar. Mrs. Fulton preceded him in death July 7, 2004.
Dick was a graduate of the Bolivar Central School, Class of 1953. He was employed by the former CE Air Preheater Co. in Wellsville for many years prior to his retirement.
Surviving are five children, Patricia Allen of Milton, Fla., Susan (Michael) DeBarbieri of Portville, Richard D. Fulton of Rochester, Karen (Don Skinner) Oliver of Bolivar and David Fulton of Round Hill, Va.; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Canary.
Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Bolivar.
