Juanita “Fat” Latham, age 82 of Seymour, passed away peacefully at her home Saturday, January 5. She was a lifelong member of Dripping Springs Baptist Church and choir. She loved cooking and caring for her family and friends.

Mrs. Latham was preceded in death by her husband, Clay Latham; sons Dariel, Jeff, and Randy Latham; parents Clyde and Ilene Bohanan; twin sister Aledda Hockaday; sister Pam Boles; brother Harold Bohanan.

Survivors: Sons: David Latham and wife Amy, Roy Latham Daughters: Faye Latham (Gibson), Wilma Jean Webb, Lois Ann Latham Daughters in law: Kim Latham, Norma Latham Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren Brother: Ray Bohanan and wife Glenda Sisters: Linda Croft and husband Kent, Betty Jo Evans, Sherry Driggers and husband Richard, Mary Markel and husband Ronnie Many nieces and nephews

The family would like to give special recognition to granddaughter Sarah Tallent and husband Scott, as well as all the Avalon Hospice staff for taking care of our beloved family member.

The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Wednesday with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in Atchley’s Seymour Chapel, Rev. Jack Hitch and Rev. John Whitehead officiating. Graveside service 11 AM Thursday in Dripping Springs Cemetery.
