Funeral of Fletcher Horris Ball, 79, of Henderson, TN, was noon Monday at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Hendersonville with Mike Roy and Leaman Andrews officiating. Burial was in Athens City Cemetery.
Mr. Ball was retired from International Harvester after more than 30 years service. He was a World War II veteran and a member of Broadmoor Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Lafayette "Fate" Ball and Ella Beatrice (McLemore) Ball.
He is survived by his wife, Novelene (White) Ball; one son, Stephen H. Ball; one daughter, Jeanna Ball; two brothers, Crutcher Morris Ball and Thomas Walter Ball; and one granddaughter, Ashley Ball.
Fletcher and Novelene were married Sep. 12, 1948 in Limestone Co, AL.
