Alanson M. Pratt, whose dangerous illness we mentioned yesterday, died at 2 o'clock yesterday morning. The remains were taken to the undertaking rooms of the Ulmer Furniture company and the funeral took place from there at 5 p.m., old soldiers acting as pall bearers. Mr. Pratt was a soldier in the one hundred day service of the late war, enlisting May 24. 1864, and was mustered out Oct. 25, 1864. He was about 58 years of age and drew a pension of twelve dollars a month.
