She is survived by her husband, Brian Jones; children, Mandy (Andy) Qualls, Emily (Kyle) Fisher, and Matt Thomas; grandchildren, Landon, Huntley, Libby Grace, Madi, Hayden and Kutter; her mom, Doretta Kinder; sister, Karen (Johnny) Pratt; and brother, John (Kim) Kinder.
Kim was a loving wife, momma, MoMo, sister and daughter with countless friends and other family members who all loved her dearly. Kim graduated from
Liberty-Eylau High School in 1984 . Kim spent 22 years as an LVN who was always willing to lend a helping hand and share her beautiful and contagious smile with anyone she ever came in contact with. One of Kim's greatest achievements was inspiring others when she lost more than 200 pounds on the Weight Watcher's program. She went on to become a leader to help others achieve their weight loss goals and gained many friends, so many of whom considered her family, even still today. She treasured her days spent as a MoMo to her six grand-angels. Win or lose, she was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan and loved spending her time doing most anything outdoors, but especially fishing and four wheeler riding.
A celebration of her life will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will follow the service.
