Eliza appears in Probate records for Lincoln County Tn 1879 as an heir to her father's estate, G.W.C. Edmiston and it also mentions her brother John S. Edmiston. Dies of heart failure
Mrs. William Fonville, age 70, died yesterday, S524 Bernard street, of heart failure. She leaves a husband and five children. The remains will be shipped to Nashville, Tenn., where for 56 years Mrs. Fonville was a member of the Woodland Street Presbyterian.

News has been received of the death in Spokane, Wash., on Friday, of Mrs. W.B. Fonville. Mrs. Fonville was the wife of Capt. W.B. Fonville, who, with his family, resided here many years ago on the corner of Fourth and Fatherland streets. They removed to Spokane two years ago. The remains will be brought here for interment in Mt. Olivet.
