Age 70, of Tawas City, Michigan died on January 2, 2019 at Lakeview Manor Healthcare Center in Tawas City, Michigan. She was born the daughter of Joseph and Evelyn (Rezler) Gramacki in Bay City, Michigan on December 3, 1948. Jo Ann graduated from TL Handy High School with the class of 1967 where she also met and married her best friend William Klinger on October 23, 1971. Together they shared 47 years of marriage! Jo Ann loved roller skating in her younger years, enjoyed bowling, and playing BINGO. Jo Ann is survived by her husband, William Klinger of Tawas City; her son, Kristopher Klinger; her siblings, Joel Gramacki, Rosalie Kaufman and Anna Marie Horn; her nieces, Audrey and Ashley; her nephew, Justin.
