Minnie Stewart 90, went home to be with the Lord on January 3, 2019.

Born August 31, 1928 in Pineville she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Carrie Bailey Cooper.

Minnie was a longtime member of Cook Memorial Baptist Church. She was employed at Pineville Finance Company and later retired from the Wyoming county Assesors Office.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Paul Stewart, her brothers Bobby and Jr. Cooper, her sister Ernestine Arnold, her mother and father in law Forest and Merlie Stewart.

She leaves behind a host of family and friends.

Services will be at 12:00pm Monday January 7, 2019, at Evans-Calfee Funeral Service Pineville, with Rev. Michael Knotts officiating. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny. Friends may gather with the family from 11am until service time Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Cook Memorial Baptist Church.
