Roberta Eileen Melton, 84 year old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Friday, December 28, 2018 in Doniphan, MO. Eileen was born April 16, 1934, in Rochester, IN to the late Robert and Gladys Reddinger Thomas. Eileen was an internationally known wildlife and nature artist, whose art was exhibited worldwide. She also loved her flower garden.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Gerald Thomas “Jerry” Melton, Jr.; one grandson; two sisters; and one brother.
Funeral services for Mrs. Eileen Melton were held, Friday, January 4, 2019 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Harwell officiating. Burial was in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO, on Friday, January 4, 2019.
