Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m., Friday, January 4, 2019, at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. Pete Hutchins and Rev. Jackie Talton officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens.
Judy was born in Rockingham County to the late Willie and Maybud Land Southard. She was of the Baptist Faith, a founding member of A-1 Lawn Care and worked at Keystone Foods for 17 years. She had great love for flowers and was always concerned about others more than herself.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Rhonda Cannon and son, Rocky Cannon; seven siblings. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Cecil Cannon; grandson, Brandon Cannon and wife, Jessi; sister, Gracie Stanley.
The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Thursday, January 3rd from 6 until 8 p.m. and other times at the home of Brandon Cannon.
