He was born June 12, 1962 in Parkersburg, a son of Zella Hudkins Barker of Parkersburg and the late Robert L. Barker, Sr. He was a graduate of PSHS where he was heavily involved in basketball and wrestling. Keith worked at Stork's Bakery until it's closing and currently worked at Westbrook Healthcare Services. He was an avid dirt track fan and a devoted Pittsburg Steelers Fan. He was a member of the Parkersburg Moose Lodge and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
In addition to his mother, Keith is survived by his wife, Sharon Barker; step-daughter, Kim Lyons of Parkersburg; a sister, Rebecca (Ron) Malm of South Carolina; two brothers, Kevin (Cynthia) Barker of Parkersburg and Tim (Cathy) Barker of Davisville; sister-in-law, Rose Barker of Fairmont, WV and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert L. Barker, Jr.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 7, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. South Parkersburg with his nephew, Pastor Nathan Barker and Pastor Mike Elder officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
