Clyde W. Franklin, 77. 216 W. High St., died Friday at the Fayette Memorial Hospital in Connersville. A native of Cythiana, Ky, he lived in the area for 55 years. He had been employed as a factory worker. Survivors include six sons; Melvin of Richmond, William, John and Jack, all of Liberty, Clayton of Brownsville. and Lewis of Melbourne. Fla; five daughters. Doris Moore, Marjorie Frasur and Lucy Morrow, all of Liberty, Lorena Mitchell of Woodburn, and Polly Davis of Lynn; a brother, Brent of New Paris. Ky.; three sisters, Gertrude Sargent and Lillian Florence, both of New Paris. Ky., and Lottie Schumacher of Lexington. Ky ; 42 grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Franklin will be at 2 pm. Monday in the Showalter-Blackwell Baker Chapel in Liberty. The Rev. James Singleton of the Liberty Baptist Church and the Rev. John Porter of the Liberty
