Lynn, Mass. – We regret to announce the death of Mr. Abel d'Entremont, of 17 Tacoma Road, who died here on February 10th, after an illness of several years, at the age of 40. The deceased, who was born in West Pubnico, N.S., but who lived in the States for 17 years, leaves in mourning his wife, née Eva Landry, of Moncton, N.B., three children, Paul 9, Marie 8 and Leo 6; three brothers, George of Stoneham, John of Reading, Stillman of Lynn; four sisters, Mrs. Eli d'Entremont of Stoneham, Mrs. Larry Pottier and Mrs. Henri Bourque of Lynn and Mrs. Charles d'Eon of Meteghan, N.S. He leaves also a number of friends who grieve his death and who offered 63 Masses (Mass cards). The funeral was held at 9 a.m. on Monday, at St. Jean de Baptiste Church, with High Requiem Mass sung by Rev. Father Joseph Richard. Harvey and Alderic LeBlanc, Emile Leger, Eli and Louis d'Entremont and Larry Pottier served as pallbearers.

Abel E. d'Entremont, 17 Tacoma street, died this morning at a local hospital, after an illness of 10 months. Prior to his illness he was employed in Boston as a fish cutter. Born in Pubnico, N.S., May 6, 1899, he had been a resident of the United States for 17 years. Before coming to Lynn 10 years ago he resided at Stoneham.

He leaves a wife, Mrs. Eva D'Entremont, three young children, Paul, Marie and Leo D'Entremont, three brothers, George D'Entremont of Stoneham, John D'Entremont of Reading and Stillman D'Entremont of Lynn, and four sisters, Mrs. Eli D'Entremont of Stoneham, Mrs. Lawrence Pothier and Mrs. Henry Bourque of Lynn and Mrs. Charles D'Eon of Nova Scotia.
