Mr. Adams, a native of Coffee County, was a minister and earlier in his life he was a lawn mower mechanic.
Survivors include: Mother: Betty Jo English Adams Lee of Douglas, GA.; Adopted Son: Andy Knowles of Nicholls, GA.; Sister: Delena Adams of Douglas, GA; 2 Nieces and 1 Nephew; 1 Great Nephew and 2 Great Nieces; A large host of Christian Friends.
Funeral services were held on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home with Rev. John Carver and Rev. David Yancey officiating. The interment followed in Tanner Cemetery with Rev. Larry Stone conducting the graveside service.
Ricketson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
