Jackie “Jack” Moore, 55 of Pana, passed away Tuesday, January 01, 2019 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. He was born March 16, 1963 in Pana to Lawrence & Mary (Hicks) Moore.
Jack lived his entire life in Pana and worked at the Christian County Mental Health workshops. He enjoyed listening to music and watching sports, particularly racing and football.
Jack is survived by his mother Mary Logsdon of Pana; brothers: Buddy Moore, Bobby (Jenny) Moore, Bill (Joyce) Moore, Turtle (Mazie) Moore, Dennis Moore, Danny (Gina) Moore, & Jack Moore, all of Pana, IL; sisters: Linda (John) Addison, Kay (Poncho) Blades, Shirley Krouse; Tina (Junior) Cox, all of Pana, IL; Diane Dibartolomeo, Decatur, IL; Tammy (Bill) Carlock, Herrick, IL; Carolyn (George) Humphrey, Troutwood, OH. He was preceded by his father Lawrence Moore and siblings, Larry Moore, Nancy Jones, Kathy Reiss, and Rosetta McElroy.
Visitation for Jack will be held Friday, January 4, 2019 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home from 6:00-7:00 p.m. with cremation to follow.
Memorial’s in Jack’s honor may be made to the choice of the donor and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
