Douglas L. "Doug" Sanders 69 of Dacula died 12-18-2018. Predeceased by parents, William Dean & Montine Sanders and brother, Leonard Sanders. Survived by wife of 25 years, Deborah Everett Gray Sanders; daughters, Sherry Sanders Williams, Stephanie Cody, and Faith Cody; sons, Trenton (Cindy) Sanders and Shane Cody; grandchild, Braden Cody; sisters, Betty (William) Burnett and Bonnie (Wayne) Carroll; in-laws, Bernice & Evelyn Everett; sisters-in-law, Dolores (Roger) Craven, Donna (Glenn) Abernathy, and Danita (Joey) Ashworth; brothers-in-law, David Everett, Darrell (Lori) Everett and Derick (Wanda) Everett. He was born in Gainesville, was a 1967 graduate of East Hall High School, retired from AT&T after 23 years, worked for Duluth Metals and was a member of Eastview Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday at Duncan Creek Congregational Church.
