Terrance G. Miller, age 71, of LCO, died Saturday, August 22, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, MN.

Terrance “Terry” Gerald Miller was born June 1, 1944 in Hayward, WI, the son of Joseph and Exilda (Nicholas) Miller. He attended St. Francis and Hayward High School where he was an elite baseball player for the Hayward Hurricanes.. After high school Terry enlisted in the U.S. Army where he was one of the first military servicemen to serve in Vietnam. After the service Terry returned to Hayward where he worked various jobs a master of all trades.

He is survived by his brother Carl Miller; sisters Beatrice Hall, Carol Wilson, Marian Miller, Jacquelyn Froemel and Marjorie Miller; many nephews, nieces and cousins.

Terry was preceded by his parents; brothers Ed Miller, Thomas Miller, Roger Miller; sister Shirley Miller.

Mass of Christian Burialwill be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 27, 2015 at St. Francis Solanus Indian Mission in Reserve with Father Jerry Wilmsen officiating. Music provided by Sister Felissa Zander and Tammy DeNasha. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery with military honors accorded by LCO AMVETS Post #1998. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 26th at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward.

Honorary bearers will be Tom Carley, Arnold “Farmer John” Corbine, Karen Gordon, Doug Potack, Bruce Taylor, George "Mac" Taylor and Kenny Taylor.

Casket bearers will be Jim Dennis, Ritchie Isham, Casey Jones Miller, Joe Miller, Randy Miller and John Pete Trepanier.
