Carl Lidelle Owens, age 88 of Douglasville passed away December 30, 2018.
Carl was preceded in death by his first wife, Eleanor Fowler Owens and son, Michael Owens. He is also preceded in death by his late wife, Martha Jean Owens.
Carl is survived by his daughter, Laura and Jan McGivney of Douglasville, Carla and Luke Morris of Lithia Springs, and Joseph Owens of Douglasville, and extended generations.
Earlier in life, Carl enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son, Joseph. He had a passion for country music and trips to the beach. Carl was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday 11:00 AM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00-11:00 AM prior to the service.
