Molly Ann Hicks Davidson, age 79 of Rockwood, TN. took her first breath in Heaven on December 30, 2018 after fighting M.S. and Parkinsons diseases for over 3 decades. She died peacefully in her sleep.
Molly was born March 9, 1939 in Rockwood, TN.
She was a member of Glen Alice Christian Church in Rockwood.
Molly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister to her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Myra Hicks; brother, Ed Hicks; sisters, Violet Davidson and Marie Pier.
Survivors Include Husband: Earl C. Davidson of Rockwood, TN. Son: Rick Davidson of Lenoir City, TN. Daughter: Marie Lakin (Brian) of Lawrenceville, Illinois Son: Tim Davidson (Vickie) of Rockwood, TN. 7 Grandchildren; Heath & Heather Davidson, Ben & Dane Lakin, Brandy, Jeremy, Kristy Davidson 11 Great-Grandchildren: 1 Great-Great Grand child Brother Buddy Hicks of Rockwood, TN. Brother-in-law Jim Davidson of Rockwood, TN.
Family will receive friends Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Evans Mortuary. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:00 pm in the Chapel of Evans Mortuary with Brian Lakin and Tim Waggoner officiating.
Internment and graveside service will be Friday, January 4, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Glen Alice Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, send memorials to Shriners Hospital or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
