Dorothy Marie Nordman, 83, North Manchester, IN died at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2009 in Peabody Healthcare Center, North Manchester. She was born April 28, 1925 in Wabash County, IN to Herman Otto & Hannah Margret (Ferdinand) Nordman. She retired in 1989 from Controls Co. of America. She was a lifelong member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church and a devoted daughter to her parents. Surviving are a sister-in-law, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by one sister and seven brothers. SERVICES WILL BE HELD FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 2009 AT 10:30 A.M. IN MCKEE MORTUARY. FRIENDS AND FAMILY MAY CALL ON THURSDAY, APRIL 9, FROM 6 - 8 P.M. Pastor J.P. Freeman will officiate and burial will follow at Laketon Cemetery, Laketon, IN.
