She was born on November 13, 1935 in Jamaica Plain, MA to the late Rachael (Taddeo) and Joseph Basile.She resided in Tewksbury, MA for over 50 years before retiring to Florida in 1988.She is survived by her husband, James; children, Cheryl (Mark) Roy, Joseph (Liz) Stevens and Kelley Stevens; grandchildren, Michael Stacy, Heidi Stacy, Vincent Stevens, Taylor Stevens, Hadley Stevens, Peri Stevens and Christine (Roy) Cabone and one great grandchild, Cooper Cabone.A graveside service will take place on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 12:30 PM at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 82, Sarasota, FLIn lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: The Memory Disorder Clininc, 15155 Osprey Ave., Sarasota, FL 34239
