Arthur (Artie) Gibbs, 61, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018. He was employed by Coca-Cola Bottling Company for more than 20 years.
Artie is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Ferguson; and three grandchildren, Emily, Abigail and Marshall. He is also survived by his mother, Peggy Gibbs; brothers, Jim Gibbs and Ken Gibbs; sister, Karen Kissell; former wife, Kathy Gibbs; as well as many friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Oakey’s North Chapel with Pastor Chris Kingery officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at Oakey’s North Chapel.
