There will be a funeral service on Thursday January 4th at 10:00 in the chapel at Sandhills State Veteran's Cemetery, with a visitation on Wednesday, January 3rd from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Adcock Funeral Home.
Joe is preceded in death by his wife, Judy and is survived by two daughters, Sonya Raper and husband Chris of Wilson, NC and Christal Honeycutt and husband Michael of Fayetteville, NC, and three grandchildren, Michael Tyler Honeycutt, Justin Honeycutt, and Kristen Raper.
Joe spent 26 years in the United States Airforce, fighting in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He also loved to do woodworking and bass fishing.
