Loving son of Hilda T (Stead) Roe, brother to Natalie. He drowned while trying to save his partner's (Jean M. Oakley) son, Richard J Robinson ( ID# 161108932), who also drowned in Deerfield, NY. He is also the father to Kimberly "Kim" Roe, she was an infant when he drowned. Step father to Ronald & Richard Robinson(# 161108932 ).. " He was truly a Hero"
Kim was adopted out not long after to Harold Sr. & Agnes Albright.
