-Margaret (Welch) Wink (1785-1838) ID#166220157 second wife of Adam Wink (1764-1841).
-Frederick "Zadock" Welch (1786-1854) ID#193971375 who married Elizabeth Daniels (1790-1864)

Sarah's only siblings were half siblings. Her father's third wife Elizabeth Cook (1782-1861) had no children with Francis Welch, although she may have had children from a previous marriage.
Francis Welch served as Justice of the Peace for Bedford County (Bethel Township - now Fulton County), Pennsylvania from 1792-1841, for almost 50 years.
Sarah married Jacob Mellott (1777-1869) in 1801. They were married for over 60 years, almost unheard of in the mid-1800's. They had seven children together. Son Francis William was named after Sarah's father, Justice Francis Welch. Daughter Elizabeth Mellott was named after Elizabeth Daniels the wife of Sarah's brother Zadock Welch. Coincidentally, daughter Elizabeth (Mellott) Whitfield (1806-1896) named her second son Zadock Whitfield after her Uncle Zadock Welch, Sarah's half-brother. Sarah also graciously named one of her own daughters Abigail after the step-mother who raised her, Abigail (Roberts) Welch, her father's second wife.
Sarah and Jacob Mellott lived their married lives in East Providence Township in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. Sarah predeceased her husband Jacob Mellott who lived to be in his nineties.
Six out of seven of Sarah's children with Jacob Mellott are listed below. The one missing daughter here is Elizabeth (Mellott) Whitfield (1806-1896) wife of William Whitfield (1803 -bef. June 1880) with whom Elizabeth had 8 children. No burial location has been identified for that couple who resided in East Providence Township in Bedford County, PA.
