KING Edna R. King, of Green Cove Springs, well-known artist, died of a sudden illness on July 19th. Edna was active in the community throughout her life and is also remembered by many as the " Flower Lady" at Roosevelt Mall during the sixties and seventies. A daughter, Janet Eskridge; three sisters, Eula Wood, Inez Guinette and Francis Rigsby; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren survive her. A memorial service will be held today, Thursday, July 24, 2003 at the First Presbyterian Church in Green Cove Springs. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Quigley House or a charity of your choice. Please sign the Guestbook at Jacksonville.com
