Virginia Bryd Hanks, 76 of Paragould passed from this life on Thursday December 27, 2018 at her residence. She was born on August 27, 1942 in Senath, Missouri to the late Leonard and Dorthy Leaderman Bryd.
Virginia was a member of East Side Baptist Church in Paragould and was a retired CPA.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Arthur Fred Hanks.
Virginia is survived by her daughters: Virginia King, Nancy Speight, Ruth Johnson, Sarah Shouppe; one son: Robert Hanks; 4 sisters; 8 brothers; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of other special relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday December 29, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Paragould. Funeral Services will be on Sunday December 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
