Linda Elaine Musselman Burrell, 71, of Stafford, was called home suddenly by her Lord and Savior on Monday, December 24, 2018.
Linda was a Class of 1965 Spotsylvania High School graduate. She retired from the Department of Defense after 36 years of civilian service. Linda enjoyed traveling, gardening, all types of music, attending concerts, dancing, and boating, with Herbie.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years and soul mate, William “Herbie” Burrell; siblings Juanita Musselman Busic, Eugene “Butch” Musselman (Lisa), Waverly “Lee” Musselman (Sheri), and Glenn F. Musselman (Trisha); numerous nieces, nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Kenneth and Ola Musselman; her nephew, Preston “Max” Musselman; and her nieece, Amanda M. Musselman.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, January 3 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A service will be held at noon on Friday, January 4 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens with a fellowship reception afterwards at Andrew Chapel United Methodist Church, 1732 Brooke Rd., Stafford
